kullaloo proudly presents the FANTASTIC Furs, our very own fake fur fabric collection, which we sell alongside our well-known SuperSoft minky fabrics! The faux fur hot pink “azalea” is part of the “Fuzzy Fur” fake fur product range, a super soft and fluffy fabric with an incredible 3″ (80 mm) long pile. We currently offer two pre-cut fabric sizes: 39×20″ (100×50 cm), which is perfect for sewing throw pillows or using as doll hair or gnome beard fabric, and larger 1-yard cuts for making fursuits, costumes, blankets, pet beds and more.
About our azalea faux fur hot pink
Our super-long fur “FANTASTIC Furs ✶ Fuzzy Fur” is a single-sided, hypoallergenic faux fur fabric with an incredible 3-inch pile length (about 80 mm). It is super soft to the touch and has an extra-dense pile, making it especially suitable for fursuits, as the backing stays hidden even after shaving areas for facial features or other details. The fabric edges don’t fray, which also makes it perfect for all kinds of crafts. Made of 65% acrylic and 35% polyester, it is very durable and has a strong, shape-stable backing with little stretch. You can wash it in warm water on the delicate cycle (but don’t use fabric softener), and you can tumble dry it on low heat if you don’t mind a slight change in texture.
Like all our fabrics, our azalea faux fur hot pink is produced in accordance with international quality standards and tested for harmful substances.

We sell our plush fabrics as pre-cut fabric pieces only. Our long faux fur is currently available in 39×20″ (100×50 cm) cuts and 1 yard by 65″ fabric width + selvedge (91×165 cm) pieces. The smaller pre-cut size comes in a lovingly designed box, making it a great gift for sewing lovers. It’s also perfect for throw pillows, fursuit hand paws, doll hair, gnome beards and smaller sewing projects. For larger creations, our 1 yard faux fur cuts are the right choice. They are perfect for sewing fursuits, cosplay costumes, blankets, oversized plush projects and other sewing ideas that need extra fluffiness.

We purchased the Snaggy Plush 80 mm faux fur and were unfortunately disappointed. A significant amount of fur detaches easily from the backing. Perhaps this is normal for this type of fabric, as we are not accustomed to working with it, but we expected better resistance.
That said, the service was fast and the product was well packaged. Thank you!

Hi Yvan, I’m sorry you had trouble with the fur! It is pretty normal, though, for these types of fabrics to shed. When cutting faux fur, you want to make sure you only cut through the backing and not the fur fibers themselves. That’s why a lot of people use a craft knife for cutting faux fur, as it makes it easier to cut only the backing. But it works with scissors too! Once the fur is sewn, there shouldn’t be any more loose fibers coming out unless you pull them out. It’s really just the cutting and sewing process that can get a bit messy!
