Shipping and Refund Policy

All orders are usually processed and shipped no later than the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Please note that we ship ordered items from our own warehouse, or from our inventory on Amazon, to keep delivery time as short as possible.

Free Shipping to Canada and USA:

We don’t want shipping costs to prevent you from getting the fabric you want, so we offer standard free shipping in Canada and the United States of America on orders above USD $35 or CAD $35 after discounts and before taxes (CAD $50 for orders from Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut).

Standard Shipping to Canada and USA:

For orders under the free shipping limit, we offer our customers reduced shipping rates to Canada and the United States, which are integrated into our online shopping cart.

Expedited Shipping:

Customers may contact us if they would like expedited shipping. Additional fees may apply for this.


All orders shipped to a Canadian address will be shipped either as an expedited package by Canada Post, by Amazon shipping service, or by UPS as tracked packages.

Estimated delivery time for most addresses is 2-7 business days (remote locations may experience longer wait times).

SHIPPING TO USA (excluding U.S. territories and possessions):

All orders are shipped as tracked packages either by Canada Post / USPS, by Amazon shipping service, or by UPS. When possible, we will ship your order from our inventory in Amazon USA. This guarantees the fastest and most efficient delivery possible (usually 2-7 business days). Orders from our Canadian Warehouse to the United States can usually take between 4 and 8 business days, not including the time your package is held up at customs.

Lost Parcels:
Please note that kullaloo CA Inc. does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We will gladly provide you with any information we have regarding your package and help you locate it. However, we will not reimburse you for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our mission! If you have received an incorrect item or their delivery does not meet your expectations, please email us at and we will put things right.

We will refund your money up to 30 days after purchase if you wish to cancel your purchase. The item must be in new condition, smoke free, and have no pet hair or other caused defects. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
