Shipping and Refund Policy

All orders are usually processed and shipped no later than the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Please note that we ship ordered items either from our own warehouse or from our inventory on Amazon to keep delivery time as short as possible.


Shipping within Canada 🇨🇦

Free shipping:

We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders above CAD $50 after discounts and before taxes (CAD $80 for orders from Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut).

Standard & expedited shipping:

For orders under the free shipping limit, reduced shipping rates are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Expedited shipping rates are shown during checkout if available. Customers may also contact us if they require a different expedited option (additional fees may apply).

Delivery times:

  • Standard delivery time: 2–7 business days.
  • Remote areas may take longer.

Carriers:

Orders are shipped as tracked packages by Canada Post (Expedited), Amazon Shipping Service, Purolator, Sendle, or UPS

Shipping to the United States 🇺🇸

(excluding U.S. territories and possessions)

Free shipping:

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders above USD $40 after discounts and before taxes.

Standard expedited shipping:

Whenever possible, U.S. orders ship from our U.S. Amazon inventory, making your shipment domestic and customs-free. For orders under the free shipping limit, reduced shipping rates are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Expedited shipping rates are offered at checkout if available for the given address.

Delivery times:

  • From Amazon USA: 2–7 business days.
  • From Canada: 4–8 business days, excluding customs clearance time (if applicable).

Customs fees:

No customs fees for U.S. customers: We ship all orders whenever possible from our Amazon USA inventory, which means your shipment is domestic and customs-free. If a product is only available in our Canadian warehouse, we will cover any customs fees ourselves. If this is not feasible in a specific case, we may contact you and cancel the order with a full refund.

Carriers:

Orders are shipped as tracked packages by Amazon Shipping Service, UPS, or via Canada Post / USPS.


Lost Parcels

Kullaloo CA Inc. does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We will gladly provide you with any information we have regarding your shipment and assist in locating it. However, we cannot reimburse for lost or stolen packages.


Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our mission! If you have received an incorrect item or their delivery does not meet your expectations, please email us at mail@kullaloo.ca and we will put things right.

We will refund your money up to 30 days after purchase if you wish to cancel your purchase. The item must be in new condition, smoke free, and have no pet hair or other caused defects. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
